Please join The Mom Walk Windsor and Fit4mom for an amazing workout! Kristen from Heartfed will be with us too, she is their newest Stroller Strides Instructor. We will walk, do several stations lead by Sequoia and Kristen, with walking in between. Come ready to sweat and learn about the new sessions coming soon to this area! I have loved workouts with these women.
We will meet at Keiser Park at 10am, do some meet 'n greet chats, hear from Fit4mom and Kristen, then get the walking and workout underway.
You only need to register for the number of adults attending the walk. Thank you!
