Legal Issues in Divorce:  What Social Workers Need to Know*

An overview of key legal issues clients may face when contemplating or going through a divorce—or even readdressing the issues post-divorce  Tracy Julian, Chair of the Family Law Group at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, will provide an overview of some of the most common legal issues such as custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution.  Snacks and beverages will be served.
