Presentation Description: Objectives for this experiential workshop include mindfulness, meditation, yoga based movement and diaphragmatic breathing activities as part of self-care and burn-out prevention, and well -being. The participants will experience mindfulness techniques that help develop self-awareness and enhance one’s understanding of the incorporation of social, physical, mental, and emotional health for both themselves and their clients. Additionally, participants will walk away from this presentation with tools to implement immediately into their own practice.
