Please Join the Morris Unit for their January Event & Presentation!

 

The Morris County Unit of NASW is pleased to announce this month's presentation. 

Come and unwind while we LEARN YOGA from a fellow LCSW and certified Yoga instructor.   We will do a 40-50 minute practice.  Wear comfortable clothing (leggings or sweats but no jeans or oversized clothing).  Cindy will be bringing 10 mats to borrow courtesy of BeWell studios. If you have your own please bring it. A blanket will suffice as well.  Looking forward to seeing you there!  Cheryl and Veronica
