One-on-One Training Seminars conducted at Midstate Tool for our customers, outside and inside sales personnel have brought excellent results in meeting the objectives established for this event:
• To improve selling skills

• To trouble shoot problems and solve on the site
• To increase confidence level in product lines
• To obtain current manufacturer’s pricing materials
• To increase communication information
• To talk about issues that relate to specific territories
• To understand warranty procedures and policies
• To prepare a ”Game Plan“ for field support and training
To review marketing programs, target account activities clinics, & field work, etc.
