Students successfully completing the course, and the end-of-course exam are eligible to take the state licensing exam. The North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance guidelines apply to this course.
If you do not meet attendance requirements you will not be eligible to take the class exam.
The cost of the class is $425 and includes a digital copy of the textbook.
The exam will be administered on the last day of class via a third-party proctor on your computer. The cost of one proctored attempt is included in the cost of the course. If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, you will be charged $25 for one additional exam attempt.
Class will meet from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday on the dates below.
