The SHM New Hampshire/ Vermont Chapter will be hosting an in person event on Thursday, October 26th at 6:00 p.m. ET at Guild Tavern in South Burlington, VT. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation titled "Caring for Heart Failure Patients: Updates to Combat Clinical Inertia and Improve Outcomes," provided by Dr. Ebrahim Barkoudah.
