In an interactive format, this seminar will cover causes & effects of excessive moisture on structure, contents, and health; IICRC water categories and class designations, state of the art equipment used for mitigation, and how disaster & emergency mitigation planning can reduce property loss. The session will also cover restorative techniques and significant changes in claims dispatch protocols, handling, analytics, and mitigation-vendor requirements.

Diversity & Inclusion Insights -
No matter one's role in an organization, it is helpful to understand the breadth and depth Diversity & Inclusion provides. There are opportunities to strengthen one's leadership efforts, work in a multigenerational environment, enhance communications, and of course, gain personal insights. This session will address these components and more. As an added bonus, attendees will have the opportunity to assess their personal level of unconscious bias by completing a online survey. The results will not be shared with anyone else.
