The Attorney General’s Charities Bureau is pleased to invite you to attend a Charities Presentation, which will aim to help not-for-profits understand the regulatory framework, and to clarify the Attorney General's role within that framework. The event will also cover the ins and outs of transactions, mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions of not-for-profits. The presentation is part of the Charities Bureau’s educational program designed to assist not-for-profit organizations in New York in fulfilling their missions effectively while complying with the legal mandates of this State.
