Karen Glemming, Senior Learning Specialist, Agency Education, Chubb, Presenter

8 AM:                Registration and Breakfast

8:45 AM:           Welcome and Introductions

9 AM - Noon:    Workshop

This course provides a learning experience that helps to develop strategies for making ethical decisions among insurance professionals and their clients.

  • Heighten awareness of potential issues through discussions of work-based ethics vingnettes using insurance agency specific case studies.

  • Develop skills in ethical reasoning to support thoughtful and defendable decisions about ethics issues.  These skills promote greater ethical awareness by removing the blinders that limit our ethical vision.

  • Increase participants' professionalism and strengthen the role of ethics in productive business relationships between agents/brokers and insurers.
