Cancellation policy

Registration Refund Policy: Cancellation requests received on or before March 14, 2025 will receive an 80% refund. Cancellation requests received between March 15 and April 1, 2025 will receive a 35% refund. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellation requests received on or after April 2, 2025. Registrations are transferrable. Original processing fees are non-refundable.
Note: Summit Celebration cancellation requests received on or before April 1, 2025 will receive a 100% refund (minus non-refundable processing fees). Refunds cannot be issued for Summit Celebration cancellation requests received on or after April 2, 2025. Summit Celebration registrations are transferrable.
