Whether it's English, Math, Science, Business, Nursing, Art, History, Sociology (the list goes on), critical thinking is vital to learning success and future performance.  But how do you nurture it in your course?  Todd D. Zakrajsek, PhD leads this dynamic online workshop.  Todd is Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he serves as the Associate Director of the Faculty Development Fellowship Program.  He is the author of several books, including "The New Science of Learning," "Understanding How We Learn," "Advancing Online Learning," "Dynamic Lecturing," and "Teaching for Learning." Todd also serves on several educationally-related boards, including the Journal of Excellence in College Teaching; International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning; and Higher Education Teaching Learning Portal.
