2 hours of intensive flexibility and muscle toning training. This class will go through proper exercises to warm up for flexibility training, go through techniques for left, right, and middle splits as well as shoulder and back flexibility, and strengthening your muscles and core to support your flexibility for injury prevention.
No experience is required, this class will be catered to beginner levels however, all levels are welcomed (beginner-advanced). This workshop is for everybody!

You will need your own yoga mat and water bottle for this class.
