The Official DMV Derby Day will be here in no time. The buying demographic for this event is 24 – 55. The location for this event is Occasions and we plan to bring all the excitement of last year to the 2019!
We have the best DJ's, host, live entertainment, food and more. The environment will be one that is made for socializing and networking with a lot of buying power. Participants will be allowed to move about freely throughout the grounds to engage each facet of the event.

Yes, my company will exhibit at the Official DMV Derby Day Party to be held at Laurel Park 5/4/2019. On Saturday, set-up will begin 10:00. (Main Event starts at 1pm)
Yes, I understand that this form MUST BE SUBMITTED with my payment in order to solidify my participation in the event. (First come first serve)
Yes, I understand that I will be responsible for my own display and the ordering cost of any additional items needed to operate accordingly.
Yes, I understand that the exhibitor assumes full responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising of injury to persons or damage to Exhibitor's display, equipment, or property brought upon the premises of the Laurel Park. I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless and member of Chariot Entertainment and its staff against claims or expenses for such losses, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of the use of the venue excluding any liability caused by the negligence of CHARIOT ENTERTAINMENT and its staff. I also understand that neither CHARIOT ENTERTAINMENT or Laurel Park, maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor's property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Yes, I understand if additional licenses are necessary, the responsibility of acquiring those licenses are on me as the vendor. (inquire in writing if unsure about proper licensing)
Showcase Day: 5/4/2019 Exhibit Time: 1pm - 6pm Cost: $100 + processing fee
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and/or requests must be made in writing to Chariot Entertainment at assistants4us@gmail.com. No refunds will be given after Mar 1, 2019. If a refund is requested prior to this date, All monies minus $50 plus processing fee will be refunded. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. If the producer of the event cancels, all monies will be refunded. (Deposits are non refundable)
