Join us to learn more about our M.Ed. in Educational Leadership (EdL) Program at the HTH Graduate School of Education and hear from our program directors, faculty, current students and alumni regarding program highlights, coursework, the student experience, and admissions.
The hybrid, online M.Ed. in Educational Leadership (EdL) program cultivates aspiring school leaders equipped to courageously disrupt the status quo and reimagine schools as places of healing, transformation, and justice. With a focus on anti-racist and anti-bias leadership, candidates learn to lead for deeper learning and collective liberation through personalized projects that integrate theory and practice.
The global education community is in need of leaders who have the courage and self-awareness as well as the mastery of pedagogy and change management to create, redesign and lead schools and organizations that partner with students and communities to respond to the urgent needs of our lifetime. Graduates of the 10-month In-Person Residency and the 10 and 20-month Hybrid-Online, interdisciplinary Master’s of Education Leadership (Ed.L.) Program––taught by faculty from the High Tech High Graduate School of Education, national practitioners, and educators from HTH K-12 schools––are poised for leadership positions in schools, districts, educational nonprofit organizations and government agencies.
