Meditation Playdates for parents with infants and toddlers
 
FREE TO ATTEND, Registration required (space is limited!)

We practice mindfulness with small children - cuddle, nurse, and let
them play - while parents sit in silence following a guided meditation,
being present to whatever unfolds. It works beautifully with infants
and toddlers alike.
This practice is open to all parents and primary caregivers. No previous
meditation experience is necessary.
 
This is a demo Meditation Playdate. There will be an introduction, then a 20 minute guided meditation followed by sharing and Q&A. Kids in arms or at play while parents practice being silently present.
