Mark your calendars for our June Fitness Event with Barre3 Ballard on Sunday, June 9th at 1pm! ABOUT BARRE3: barre3 is a full-body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. It is for all fitness levels (no experience or coordination necessary!) and will leave you balanced in body and empowered from within.This 60 minute class offers modifications for pregnancy, postpartum, and injuries, and clients are encouraged to challenge themselves while working at a pace that feels comfortable and safe in their bodies. ABOUT KATIE: I have been teaching barre3 for 3 years and was one of the founding instructors for barre3 Ballard. My favorite thing about teaching is helping clients connect deeply with their bodies, leaving them feeling like they got exactly what they needed from their hour of class. I have two kids (age 4 and 6) and did barre3 through both of my pregnancies. I'm usually at the studio, but when I'm not there I love to bake, cross-stitch, and hang out with my family.
