A friendly and inspiring support group for people with ostomies, their family, caregivers and friends. Reduce anxiety, learn coping skills and be in a place to share your concerns and get emotional support. 

We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month in the Shuksan room at Skagit Valley Hospital. Registration not allowed online, call Cathy to register 360-202-3410.
