Join Northern Adapted Sports Association in partnership with Engage Sport North for this FREE introductory session. Come try a variety of adapted sports such as Wheelchair Basketball, Para Badminton or Wheelchair Lacrosse. Fridays 6:15pm-8:15pm at the Northern Sports Centre - Gym 3 *pre-registration is required
Everyone welcome! No experience is necessary and all equipment including sports wheelchairs are available.

*All participants will be required to complete a Covid-19 Attestation on the day of each session prior to attending.
