Matt Bahl, Vice President Financial Wellness Customer Strategies: Taking a holistic, data-driven and consultative approach, Matt helps employers develop custom financial wellness solutions and strategies that best meet the financial wellness needs of that employer’s unique workforce. Matt travels all over the country speaking on a wide range of topics including financial wellness, health and productivity, the multi-generation workforce, employee engagement, building a culture of employee well-being, and ways businesses can leverage employee benefit offerings to support broader human capital initiatives. Matt is a cum laude graduate of the Southern Methodist University- Dedman School of Law and is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Colorado College.
Lauren Finnie joined Cigna's Marketing Insights division, on the Customer Experience team in August of 2017. Her primary focus is the strategic and tactical activation of Cigna's customer segmentation model across different areas of the business. Prior to joining Cigna, Lauren managed international life insurance and retirement research initiatives at Limra for five years. Lauren has her B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Organizational Psychology. Lauren joins us to speak about the impact of personalization through customer segmentation on customer health behavior.
