This is an advanced course on how to ride a dual sport or adventure bike in the sand and other local terrain. Prerequisites are off road experience assessed by our trainers or having attended a Dirt 101 class here at PBAC or an equivalent class at another qualified training facility. Your own motorcycle and motorcycle license and appropriate gear is also required. We expand upon clutch and throttle control finesse in technical terrain, balance, brake and power sliding, log hopping and obstacle maneuvers, jumping, more advanced ruts, washouts and mud, as well as advanced sand riding techniques and skills. We will review, body positions, cornering, acceleration, braking, sliding, up and down hills and bumps, ruts, puddles, mud and sand.

Cancellation policy

A Deposit of $300 is due with your entry. Deposits are transferrable to other classes 15 or more days before class.The Balance is due 15 days before class. Cancellation 5-14 days before the class $150 fee. Cancellation 4-7 days before, $300 fee, Cancellation 3 or less days, $400 fee.  Eventzilla or PayPal fees may apply.

We have been organizing AMA National and Local Adventure and Dual Sport Rides in the Pinelands since 2005, and are also officers in local enduro clubs, organizing enduro and hare scramble events. We are a “Grassroots” organization, doing this for the love of the sport.
