Content Overview
The focus for the upcoming Player Care Regional Hubs in March 2023 will be on the Life Skills and Personal Development focusing on the Foundation and Youth Development Phase to support planning for the season ahead.
The Hubs will comprise of case-study workshops, sharing good practice on this topic and the opportunity to network with colleagues.
Staff Attendance
Following the response from the staff survey prior to the March 2023 Hubs, an overarching majority of clubs work with their Head of Education to coordinate the Life Skills and Personal Development programme and therefore the invitation for Heads of Education to attend alongside Player Care staff has been extended. We hope that this collaborative approach, with more departments, will continue for future Regional Hubs.
Registration is open for a maximum of two staff members to attend per Club, to include Player Care and Education staff. If your Player Care team is larger than 2 members of staff, we would encourage team members working with these phases and/or this topic area to attend as a priority and we can inform clubs nearer the time on capacity and numbers if there is space.
