Positive Discipline Boot Camp

1 Day Power Workshop

If you are new to Positive Discipline or have already taken a class and would like to learn more, then this is the class for you.

-Discover your kind and firm parenting balance
-Learn to respond rather than react
-Gain a greater understanding of the beliefs behind the behaviors
-Practice with positive tools that teach children to use their power constructively

This class is an opportunity for a full day immersion to refresh your skills and learn some new ones.

Cathy Kawakami is the owner of Middle Ground Parenting. She is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent and Classroom Trainer through the Positive Discipline Association and provides parenting classes and coaching in the San Jose, CA area. Classes are based on the series of Positive Discipline parenting books by Dr. Jane Nelson, Lynn Lott and many others. I have 10+ years of experience working in preschool and elementary school settings in addition to being a parent to two children. I understand the struggles that today's parents face. Positive Discipline tools have helped me in my parenting journey and I am passionate about sharing the philosophy and tools with others.
