Learn from speakers who have successfully led teams focusing on leadership and team success.

Two decades ago, I was offered my first professional leadership position. I was offered the position of head men’s basketball coach at my alma mater Sussex County Community College. At that time, I had never coached a team before in my life, I had no idea what it truly meant to lead people, and I didn’t have a clue about how impactful culture was regarding the success or failure of a team. In those 6 years at SCCC, I experienced the lowest of lows and the highest of highs. I learned that leadership and culture weren’t a destination but an ever-evolving journey. My professional coaching journey has expanded over 20 years, and I am still searching for how to be a more effective leader daily

For the past eleven years I have been doing corporate workshops all over the world. Regardless of what continent I’m on, the topics of leadership and what makes a successful team are always the main theme. So, I wanted to do a positivity summit like we have never done before. I wanted to address head-on the topics of leadership, creating a positive culture, and the characteristics of successful teams.

Whether you are immersed in the corporate world, a coach, or an entrepreneur you will get major value out of this seminar.
