An overview of basic legacy and estate planning in light of the election and potential tax law changes, as well as recent important legal developments in the area of retirement and estate planning.

This 45-minute program is designed for philanthropic supporters of nonprofit clients of Planned Giving Advisors and other nonprofits wishing to participate.   I will review the most important recent law changes effecting retirement and estate planning, and provide an overview of the Joe Biden’s proposed tax plans. 

The goals of this program for participants are:
