The annual UDS training will be conducted virtually in two 3-hour training sessions on Tuesday, Nov. 2 and Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021. Participants should plan to attend all sessions of the live  or the recorded training for a full and comprehensive understanding of the complete UDS report.

Dates: Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021: 8:30 am – 11:30 am
Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm, including optional Q & A 

Attend: Live on Zoom.us – A calendar invitation and link will be sent to all registrants.

Can't Attend? Watch the Recorded Zoom Training beginning the week of November 8, 2021. Register online for both.

Attendees will gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other reporting forms.

She provides extensive review, training, and technical assistance on data reporting and provides analysis and input as program data relates to national trends, program performance, and Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) initiatives.
