SELWDH is working along side Mabadiliko to explore the current state of Race and Discrimination in General Practice in Lewisham. Mabadiliko is an ‘organisation that aims to eliminate structural racism within the workplace and communities.’
We are running an ONLINE session to primarily discuss the 3 questions highlighted below.
- Do you feel your experience at work has improved as more awareness or WRES(Workplace Race and Equality Standard) related training work has been done?
- Is the organisation still in the same place that the Lewisham WRES survey(2019) illustrated?
- If experiences remain negative, any ideas of how things could be changed so that those negative experiences are not repeated?
