All Deposits are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable 

Chariot Entertainment (Chariot Ent) and Soul Nation Events (SNE), Hereby gives notice that arrangements made with suppliers to provide you services purchased in the tour upon the express conditions that we shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage. In the absence of negligence on SNE's/Chariot Entertainments part. EACH PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES SNE & Chariot Entertainment for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property damage or other economic damage. caused by such factors beyond SNE's/Chariot Entertainment control. Because of unforeseen circumstances SNE/Chariot Ent. reserves the right to withdraw any tour or make any change with or without notice. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance. If a reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to departure only the initial deposit is non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled for any reason within 45 days of departure, ALL payments in are non-refundable. All monies are non-transferable. Name changes and replacements are not accepted. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance. 

 

SNE/Chariot Ent. cannot guarantee the appearance of any performer. Acts of God, missed flights or other situations that may interfere with Artists performance. If SNE is given adequate notice, SNE shall attempt to provide a replacement of SNE's choosing a successful the full concert admission price is charged and participants then are not entitled to any form of refund. If SNE is unable to provide a replacement than each participant is entitled to a pro-rated refund of "$20 Concert Price". In the event the concert features several artist and one or more artist are not able to perform and are not replaced, SNE's only responsibility is to provide a refund of the "no show artists prorated portion of the total $20 Concert Price. Each tour participant must be of the minimum drinking age of (21) allowed by the state in which the destination is located to participate in the function or tour inclusions which contain alcoholic beverages. Each participant must present legal and valid ID.
