- Coaching Clinics are open to all youth coaches within the Madison Little League.
- Primary focus on player engagement, development, and optimizing practice time
- Q and A period at the end of each session
Part I of the seminar will focus on player retention and engagement. Today's youth players are very different from those of the past and adjustment should be made to fit those changes. Player rentention and awareness should be a focus of coaches of all levels. However, it is of particular importance at the youth level. During this session many strategies will be discussed to improve these areas
Part II of the seminar will focus on optimizing practice time. In order to make the most out of valuable time it's essential to constructively address multiple aspects of the game simultaneously. In addition, we will cover the areas where youth coaches, at all levels, can have the greatest impact for their teams.
