Our body, mind and spirit are in need of experiencing God’s healing, strength and rest. Join us as we engage in gentle and empowering movement coupled with the work of God through prayer for overall freedom.
We know that people are hurting, and it's our mission to see them live wholly, empowered, and free in Christ. We are licensed clinical counselors and ministry leaders that have a heart and knowledge of true integration of faith and counsel and the interaction of spiritual, emotional, and physical health.
