Spoke’s beat-based riding is a full-body workout comprised of cardio, hand weights, and core work set to the tempo of the music that’s transformative and addicting.
This protocol uses your body weight (Surprise!) to create resistance that gets your heart pumping and improves endurance and mobility. Basic but not boring! It's a killer full body workout, equipment optional.
