SAFEncounters, LLC: SAFE (Security Against Forced Encounters) is a program dedicated to teaching everyone awareness, survival, evasion, resistance and escape techniques used by experts in live situations.
Unfortunately, today in America, we all have to be aware of the rising threat of workplace, domestic and street violence. The FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting statistics tells us, “violent crime, murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault have each increased for the second consecutive year. In fact, a violent crime occurs every 26.3 seconds.
After many request from individuals, organizations and corporations to develop an effective, yet simple self-defense program, SAFE was created to give virtually everyone a fighting chance to identify a threatening situation, surprise, temporarily disable or escape from an assailant or eminent danger.
The SAFE Program techniques can be customized to the individual or organizations needs. They are simple yet extraordinarily effective. We use the “Interactive” teaching method of instruction, consisting of an explanation, demonstration and participation because it’s the most effective method to learn the techniques quickly. We also provide an instructional CD for your review and practice.
