Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek provides a unique experience in one of the most beautiful locations in all of Arizona, situated on the Oak Creek, in the heart of Sedona’s magnificent Red Rock Country. Escape the heat of August at Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek where magical moments happen.
Choose from fifteen cozy cabins nestled on ten lush acres of organic gardens and apple orchards.
Included in your stay will be an afternoon tea for a social gathering upon arrival, an elegant four-course dinner and a full breakfast cooked to order the next day for two.
Dining at Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek is a singular experience not to be missed. A destination all its own, Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek Restaurant was named “Top 10 Best Restaurant” by USA Today.
We will leave from Carefree Saturday morning, driving to Prescott by way of Yarnell Hill and stopping for lunch. From there we drive through Sedona, up Oak Creek Canyon to Orchard Canyon. This is an approximately a 5-6 hour drive including stops and lunch. A return trip via I17 is about 2 hours.
A final itinerary and information will be sent to Registrants before the trip.

Orchard Canyon Rates and Cancellation Policy –
We were able to get 2017 Room rates for our block. They are mostly $325/night (+tax and gratuity), with a couple lower and one higher. This includes Afternoon Tea and Four-Course Dinner on Saturday and a Full Breakfast on Sunday for two. There is a $50 reduction for Singles. When you call and register, your deposit is the base rate and is non-refundable (except for medical emergencies). If you need to cancel, email John McClelland first! To Sign up and Pay for your room –
1) Scroll up to Sign up on our EventZilla site. If successful, you will get a confirmation that you are registered on the trip.
2) Once you are Registered on EventZilla, you may call Orchard Canyon on Oak Creek directly at 928-282-3343 to make your reservation. Booking is under John McClelland’s name. In fairness to our Members, cabin reservations without an EventZilla Confirmation will not be honored.
Attendance is limited to 15 cabins. Registration closes at noon on June 18. Unreserved rooms will be released June 18. All other cabins are currently sold out besides our block, so no more rooms are available. If tickets are Sold Out, please sign up on the Waiting List. You will be contacted if we have cancellations.
