Prophetic Scribes will gather in Charlotte, North Carolina on Saturday, March 24, 2018 for a one-day prophetic intensive entitled, SCRIBES OVER THIS CITY at the Steele Creek Library from 10AM - 4PM. Doors open at 9:30AM to meet and greet other scribes and the event host.
In the Bible, a scribe was a high-ranking official whose primary task in the congregation was to oversee matters involved with interpreting, protecting, preserving or administrating God's word in the temple. In God-directed governmental capacities, the scribe was also responsible for critical administrative tasks in the King's government, including official military roles. They were also responsible for completing numerous writing, historical and documental tasks. Today, under the power of Holy Spirit and due to the advancement of technology, those gifts have expanded significantly. This intensive study is geared toward releasing scribes prophetically into their present-day purpose as administrative, creative and instructional scribes.
