How Retirement & Long Term Care Planning Impacts Public Benefits Eligibility?

Retirement and estate planning can have a significant impact on your eligibility. But there are measures that can be put in place to protect your assets as you prepare for retirment years or need long-term care.

  • What is considered an estate?
  • What kind of Medicaid services are subject to MERP?
  • What is MERP?
  • What happens if you sell my property or accumulate retirement savings?

There are so many questions that we all need answered. We invite community members to join us who are not aware of what needs to be done to received the maximum benefits during retirement years without any penalties.
