Creating new pathways to hotel ownership + development for women, She Has a Deal is more than a pitch competition. It is a movement!

There are two competitive tracks - Early Careerist and Today's Woman. 

Witness history being made for these emerging women hotel owners + developers who will be pitching their hearts out at the MGM National Harbor to win $50,000 in equity for their hotel deals. SHaDPitch also includes a VIP Reception and an Awards + Networking Luncheon.

The winners of the pitch competition will be announced at the Awards Luncheon, and SHaD founder, Tracy Prigmore, will host a special panel with industry leaders.

She Has a Deal. was founded to create new pathways to commercial real estate ownership and development for women through education, networking, and mentorship. SHaD's signature program, SHaDPitch, is an annual hotel investment pitch competition for women. Accepted pitching teams participate in a multi-module education series that walks them through the process of sourcing, evaluating, financing, and pitching a hotel investment deal. It's not just a deal on paper: the pitching teams find, evaluate and propose real hotel deals with the chance to win $50,000 in deal equity. She Has a Deal. also offers educational opportunities for all kinds of aspiring hotel investors through a MasterClass series and has an equity investment fund, SHaD Prosperity Fund I, that invests in women-led hotel investment projects.
