There are two competitive tracks - Early Careerist and Today's Woman.
Witness history being made for these emerging women hotel owners + developers who will pitch their hearts out at the Hilton McLean in Tysons Corner to win $50,000 in equity for their hotel deals. SHaDPitch also includes an Awards + Networking Reception immediately following the competition, where the winners will be announced.

The SHaD platform accelerates knowledge and builds the competencies of women in hotel real estate.
