Topic: Global Infectious Disease: Progress or Precipice?
Speaker: Dr. Bogdan Neughebauer
Dr. Bogdan Neughebauer, Infectious Disease Doctor and Medical Director Sentara Antimicrobial Stewardship Program will discuss trends in antimicrobial resistance and emerging pathogens with an international perspective. Discussion will interweave scientific, economic and political factors in these areas. This program will be provided in collaboration with the Hampton Roads World Affairs Council.
