The SHM Kansas Chapter will be holding their next event in-person on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. CT at Newport Grill in Wichita, KS. Please join the chapter for networking and for an educational presentation titled "New Advancements in Critical Care," provided by Dr. Abdel-Ghanie Abu-Samra.
We look forward to networking with you in person, however if you are not able to attend, please join us for the educational presentation virtually over Zoom at 6:30 p.m. CT. The Zoom information will be located in your registration confirmation.
Virtual meeting attendees will receive a $20 Amazon e-gift card. Attendees must be present for the entire event to receive the e-gift card. The e-gift card will be sent to the email address utilized for registration.

Dr. Abu-Samra is the medical director for the medical ICU at Ascension Via Christi Hospital Wichita. His role is to direct and administer the overall medical activities of the medical ICU in order to ensure high quality, cost effective, safe, and comprehensive medical service delivery, effectively collaborating and facilitating communication with physicians, nurse managers and administration in hospital-based intensive care units.
