Early arrival Thurs – Sat nights w/ 9 meals = $455 + Registration Fee $55 = $510
Fri & Sat nights w/ 6 meals = $300 + Registration fee $ 55 = $355
1 night w/ 3 meals = $150 + Registration Fee $55 = $205
1 Day tripper w/ 3 meals = $65 + registration fee $55 = $120
NO outside food permitted except for extreme dietary restrictions

The following information will be helpful to you during your stay.
WEEKEND RETREATS
Check-in 4:00 pm and Check-out is 3:00 pm Sunday.
Check in with your Retreat Leader(s) at the registration area.
PARKING
Parking is available in the rear Visitor parking lot. GUEST ROOMS
Our rooms are not soundproof. Please use hushed tones to preserve a quiet atmosphere. Please assist our staff by turning off lights, fans, a/c units and windows after your retreat.
FOOD AND DRINK IS NOT PERMITTED IN GUEST ROOMS.
The Seminary provides towels, bed linens, pillows, upon departure, please place sheets and towels in a pillowcase and leave outside your room. Bedspreads and blankets remain in the room. There are no keys to the guestrooms.
MEALS
Meals are served buffet style. We kindly request you bring your dishes, cups, utensils and trash to the designated area in the Refectory after you have finished eating. Please sit at tables designated for your group only.
Complimentary coffee, tea, juice is available in the Refectory 24/7. Please use covers for cups while walking through the building.
Special Dietary needs must be communicated to the Seminary NO LATER than 3 weeks prior to your retreat.
For the safety of all guests, no cooking devices are permitted in guest rooms or meeting spaces.
MEETING SPACES
Your meeting space is for reserved for your exclusive use. Please do not access any rooms that are NOT assigned to your group. If you need additional space, please contact the Hospitality Office.
TECHNOLOGY/WIFI
Connect to: ICS Public no password is necessary. You will see a pop-up from AEROHIVE scroll to the bottom and click ‘Accept’. If you need technology assistance, please contact the Hospitality Office.
WHILE YOU ARE HERE
Bring your notebook or journal.
Please bring your own alarm clock and toiletries you may need.
Dress is casual and modest. It is best to dress in layers as the Seminary can be quite cold and/or hot.
No tank tops, short shorts, bare midriffs, leggings!
Smoking is prohibited in the building. Designated smoking area is at the far end of the Cloister area.
NO SMOKING IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
Main door and Visitors Entrance doors are open from 7:00-10:00 pm. The doors lock automatically, and you will not be able to gain reentry without a passcode or someone letting you in. DO NOT PROP OPEN DOORS. This is unsafe for everyone.
Guest Masters are available from 7:30 am. 10:00 pm in the office located on the Main Floor. In case of a fire, make your way to the nearest exit and proceed to the front of the building where
Retreat Leaders will account for all members.
In case of emergency after hours, dial 911 and alert the on-call Seminary staff member. Each wing is equipped with a red phone that will reach fire, medical, police and Seminary Staff.

Early Arrival: The Retreat officially begins on Friday, Aug. 16th at 3 pm, however you may arrive on Thursday, Aug. 15th for unstructured fellowship, informal activities, and simple relaxation in this beautiful natural setting.

Swimming Suit for Bathing at Local Marina, Optional
Cushion or towel - and bug spray for sitting around the campfire
Tick prevention sprays and awareness of steps to avoid ticks (they have been prevalent in New York State). Please read and follow these CDC guidelines

Art Supplies to share or donate to the art table and any workshops you might attend

MEALS:
The Retreat Center can accommodate most dietary restrictions including Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Gluten-free and Dairy free. Please note any restrictions on your registration form and the food service retreat volunteer will be able to answer any questions if you send them to sianyigretreatinfo@gmail.com and identify it as a retreat request for information.
