Ridge and Partners
I am a Graduate Social Value Researcher and Impact Analyst at Ridge and Partners LLP, a multidiscipline built environment consultancy with 1200 people located at 13 offices across England. I have a keen interest in the field of social value, having been exposed to the specialism for over 12 months. Though the social value discipline is maturing, and understanding is deepening amongst clients and service-providers alike, there remain many common challenges that specialists face, particularly in the delivery and measurement of tangible environmental outcomes at local and global level. With the urgency of the climate crisis affecting us all and challenging sustainability and carbon reduction targets to be met, it is more important than ever for practitioners to collaborate in overcoming obstacles to the delivery of impactful environmental initiatives and their reliable transparent reporting.
