Students with disabilities and their parents or legal guardians have many rights under the law. Federal and New York State law protects students with disabilities who need special education services.
Join the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s (OAG) Plattsburgh Regional Office for an overview of the special education process and available legal options to resolve disagreements between families and schools concerning a child’s special education services.
Each presentation will also include a Q&A session. All are welcome to attend one or both sessions!
