Panboola Wetlands Heritage Project, Bullara St, Pambula, NSW, 2549, Australia.
Spoon Jam 2017 is a little festival dedicated to the traditional and beautiful art of hand carved wooden spoons.
This year we have three teachers, with special guest, Jögge Sundqvist (one of the best carvers in the spooniverse!) joinging us all the way from Sweden. Pete Trott and Jeff Donne will also be teaching, so there will be lots of spoony wisdom on tap!
It's all happening at the lovely Panboola Wetlands Heritage Project in Pambula on the far south coast of New South Wales and only a two minute drive to laid back Pambula Beach.
It'll be a weekend of spoony meditation and chilled conversations with a bunch of awesome spoonerds!

Jeff Donne and Pete Trott are two of Australia's best known spoon carvers with many years of carving and teaching under their belts. They teach the traditional method of spoon carving where a small axe and a sharp knife are used to slice away layers of wood from a freshly cut log. It's pure analogue bliss!
