SPOON JAM 2019 - INCLUDES BYO CAMPING AND ALL MEALS
Back for its 4th year, Spoon Jam 2019 is set to be the best one yet...the best in the Spooniverse even! Spoon Jam 2019 is a festival dedicated to the traditional and beautiful art of hand carved wooden spoons.
Spoon Jam 2019 will be a weekend of spoon carving workshops and demos from some of the world's best carvers, and with workshops galore it's perfect for beginners and experienced spoonies.
You'll be fully immersed in the wonderful world of spoons and slöjd, surrounded by fellow spoonies, and over a range of workshops you will grow confident in the use of traditional tools to make your first spoons or develop your carving skills to a whole new level.
This year's Jam is at a new venue, at the beautiful Cuppacumbalong homestead by the banks of the lovely Murrumbidgee River. Set in Tharwa ACT, just a stone's throw from Canberra, Spoon Jam is now much easier to reach for those of you travelling from far away.
This year's Spoon Jam has all meals provided starting from Friday night (breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner) and BYO camping included in the ticket price, so all you need to do is camp, carve and eat, and we'll take care of the rest! If camping isn't your cup of tea, there are glamping bell tents with real beds and rooms at the homestead available directly through the Cuppacumbalong Homestead.
Come along for a weekend of spoony meditation and chilled conversations with a bunch of awesome spoonerds!
