This half-day course introduces participants to the concepts of outcome-focused work, with a heavy emphasis on Results-Based Accountability (RBA). Participants will learn the concepts, language, and operating framework of the RBA approach.

RBA is a straightforward approach to planning and evaluating the work of government and nonprofit agencies. It rejects jargon and empowers participants to move from talk to action to: create change; improve outcomes; and work effectively with partners to make a difference in their work and in our communities.
