TICKET TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS
The following rules apply to cancellations and transfers:
- Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing: E-mail: tickets@uxstrat.com or US mail: UX STRAT, P.O. Box 481, Athens, GA 30603, U.S.A
- Cancellations and requests for refunds received within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded in full.
- No cancellations or refunds will be permitted after 48 hours of purchase.
- Discounts can not retroactively be applied to tickets that have been purchased
- No refunds will be given for No Shows
- Transfers: Registrations can be transferred without fee or penalty on or before September 2, 2024. No transfers will be permitted on or after September 3, 2024.
- STRAT reserves the right to cancel this event without notice, providing in this case a 100% refund. If the event is moved online or is postponed, equivalent ticket vouchers will be issued rather than refunds.
- STRAT is a professional design community with an expectation of respectful, professional behavior. Conference registrations may be cancelled at any stage without explanation by notifying the individual concerned by email or in-person.
EVENT CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that the STRAT USA conference needs to be cancelled or postponed because of weather, health threat, pandemic, or other unexpected event, STRAT will issue equivalent ticket vouchers, not refunds. No other liability will be incurred or accepted by STRAT in the event of a cancellation.
