Panboola Wetlands Heritage Project, Bullara St, Pambula, NSW, 2549, Australia.
Come along to an awesome day of relaxation where you will learn how to make your own hand carved wooden spoon straight from a tree. It's all about the here and the now; just you, the wood, a simple knife and an emerging spoon: Spoonfulness!
You will learn how to safely carve your own beautiful spoon using just a small axe and a couple of knives. All tools and materials will be provided, and so will a yummy morning tea.
Our workshops are based in the historic coastal town of Pambula on the beautiful NSW Sapphire Coast.
Join us for a day of happy slowness :)
For people aged 16 and over. No pets or alcohol please (grog and axes are a bad mix!).

Jeff Donne is one of Australia's best known spoon carvers with many years of carving and teaching under his belt. He teaches the traditional method of spoon carving where a small axe and a sharp knife are used to slice away layers of wood from a freshly cut log. It's pure analogue bliss!
