We are inviting all volunteers and supporters to join us in celebrating the passage of the Reproductive Privacy Act, which codifies the protections of Roe vs. Wade in Rhode Island law. This is a rain or shine potluck event. Some tent coverage is available, and you are welcome to bring your own.
The Coalition for Reproductive Freedom will bring dessert to share in our "sweet victory!" You are welcome to bring any type of food to share or have on your own (not required). You may wish to bring a blanket or chairs for your own comfort.
We have Field E and shelter available for the entire day and will have a short speaking program and dessert available between 5:30-7:30pm. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy the beach and/or the park. The shelter has six tables and two grills for use. Families are welcome!
We are seeking volunteers to provide music and entertainment during the official celebration time period. If you would like to volunteer in this capacity, please email knevins@wfri.org.
Cancellation policy Thank you for letting us know you are unable to attend as it helps us to better plan for refreshments. If you have not already liked/friended the Coalition for Reproductive Freedom on Facebook, doing so will keep you informed about our future activities. We hope you can join us for a future event!
