Rapidly growing TAB unit in Israel is looking for dynamic individuals to join the team as an Executive Coaches and Facilitators. The Alternative Board (TAB) is expanding its activity to Israel. After a successful launch, training 2 facilitators, and building our first 5 Boards in Israel, we are looking for to add members to our team.
Having 15+ years of senior management experience and the desire to start your own business, this is a great opportunity for you to become an executive coach, mentor and facilitator.
Ideal candidates are those consistently seeking mastery over their professional and personal goals. We are seeking individuals who thrive during the learning process and are committed to seeing projects through to a successful and prosperous conclusion.
Previous coaching experience and professional experience in business management and/or finance are necessary.

In the certification process, facilitators will attend and satisfactorily complete the TAB Facilitator Program, provided by TAB Headquarters in Colorado. The program will build your coaching and facilitation skills to an international professional level.
