Pen Testing with Kali Linux is a part of Tech Talk Live's pre-conference boot camp, Cyber Security Institute.
Vulnerability assessments can be expensive. In this workshop, the basic process of conducting a vulnerability assessment using an open source tool - Kali Linux, formerly Backtrack - will be presented. This presentation will touch on the step to follow and the tools used to conduct those steps. It will include some demos, and give the audience enough information to continue exploring its use long after the conference.
This session will be streamed for free to all higher ed users registering with an .edu email address.
Deadline for registration is May 1.
